SIGULDAS YOUTH SUPPORTS “Visi Var” SHOP!
About two years ago, the idea arose to invite young people together for a joint photo session. Together, the coordinator of the gathering, Kārlis, is an active young man who has worked as an interest group educator in the association Cerību pūrgi. About a year ago, Karlis returned from Romania, where he worked as a volunteer in the European youth exchange program. He passionately talks about the young people he met in this project and plans to participate again in a new challenge!
But today, Kārlis is together with his colleague, photographer Niklāvas and the young people he spoke to in the store "Visi Var" to choose stylish clothes for a new photo session. The choice is quite wide both with clothes and accessories. Everything can be purchased at friendly prices, which is essential for young people. Young people also emphasize the idea that the second use of things goes hand in hand with the conservation of natural resources, charity and a wiser use of their financial resources. Fast fashion, which is short-term pleasure but long-term pollution, is increasingly being talked about. It is these high school students who remind us that global fashion produces 100 billion pieces of clothing per year and is one of the biggest polluters, second only to oil!
We are pleased to publish the pictures of the talented photographer Niklāvas and welcome to our store "Visi Var"!
